DEMAND TO TAKE REMEDIAL ACTION
Dear Sirs
1.
On or
about:
1.1
July 17th, 2016 you have published
the ‘Fake News’ article “Net Stofwolk kom van ‘filantroop’ se droogtehulp”
written by Gerrit van Rooyen in the Media24 newspaper Rapport;
1.2 July 20th,
2016 you have published the ‘Fake News’ article
‘Piramideskema, sě Agri SA oor GABM’, written by Alet Van Der Walt in the Media24
newspaper Beeld;
1.3
October 2nd, 2016 you have published
the ‘Fake News’ article “Landbouers se ‘miljard’ le in kluis” written by Leanne
George in the Media24 newspaper Rapport;
1.4
January 29th, 2017 you have
published the ‘Fake News’ article “Pierewaaier sien nou rooi” written by Leanne George
in the Media24 newspaper Rapport;
In which
articles, inter alia the
following false statements concerning IBDF International LLC, duly registered in
the State of Delaware, USA under registration number 4512866 (“IBDF”) and its
corporate divisions and its associates were made public, namely that:
A. the
R1 billion GABM SA Drought Relief Project, which was funded by 233
individual members of IBDF International LLC’s philanthropic division
Global Association of Billionaires and Millionaires (GABM), is a scam;
B. the
South African Reserve Bank or South African Revenue Service does not know
anything about the Global Association of Billionaires and Millionaires
(GABM) Organization;
C. the
corporate divisions of IBDF International LLC, which include GABM,
Callister International, International Business Finance Corporation,
Summit Network Group are mere shelves, dormant and/or involved in criminal
activities;
D. the SNG
Global Dollar, which is the currency of IBDF International LLC’s
international banking and payment division (SNG Global Dollar Virtual
Currency Financial System) does not exist, and it represents a scam;
E. the
Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds are worthless financial
instruments;
F. the
GABM Organization operates a pyramid scheme in South Africa.
2.
By posting
the above statements, you knew, or alternatively should have reasonably
foreseen that such false, misleading and malicious information in the public
domain would:
2.1 effectively sabotage the international
reputation and business dealings of IBDF, as a credible US corporation, and its
corporate divisions all over the world;
2.2
deliberately and intentionally betray, deceive and lie to the farmers of South
Africa about the true facts and benefits of the R1 billion GABM SA Drought
Relief Project financial aid package;
2.3
actively support the elaborate fake news campaign, which objective was to
create a smokescreen for the fraud scheme through which the initial R1 billion
GABM SA Drought Relief Project initiative donations from 233 individual GABM
members to the farmers of South Africa was misappropriated by TLU SA and other
co-conspirators;
2.4 cause
the ‘freezing’ of at least another R1 billion in foreign donations, which was
facilitated by Mark Paulsmeier for the benefit of the drought stricken farmers
of South Africa;
2.5
destroy IBDF International LLC’s credibility and reputation among the business
/ corporate / political establishments on the African continent;
2.6
sabotage the $20 billion IBDF Africa Expansion Project, which resulted in the
cancellation of contractual agreements with many third parties.
3.
You knew
about as well as have had full access to the below websites and Blogs on the
internet, before and several months after you have published the false
statements and articles mentioned in paragraph 1 in the said Media24 newspapers
and on the internet:
3.1 www.ibdf-online.com – This
was the official website of IBDF International LLC (IBDF), which contained
comprehensive official and accurate information relating to the IBDF corporate
holding company as well as its contact details;
3.2 www.gabm-pinc.com - This was the official
website of Global Association of Billionaires and Millionaires (GABM), which
contained comprehensive official and accurate information about the IBDF
philanthropic division as well as its contact details;
3.3 www.callisterinternational.com - This
was the official website of Callister International, which contained
comprehensive official and accurate information about the IBDF corporate
advisory services division as well as its contact details;
3.4 www.ibfc-online.com - This
was the official website of International Business Finance Corporation (IBFC),
which contained comprehensive official and accurate information about the IBDF
investment banking/venture capital division as well as its contact details;
3.5
sngglobaldollar.blogspot.com - This is the official SNG Global Dollar Virtual
Currency Financial System Blog on the internet, which provides comprehensive
official and correct information about the IBDF international banking and
payment division as well as its contact details;
3.6 www.sng-online.com - This
was the official website of Summit Network Group (SNG), which contained
comprehensive official and accurate information about the IBDF international
business chamber division as well as its contact details;
3.7
investmentsngglobaldollar.blogspot.com - This is the official Investment SNG
Global Dollar Bearer Bond Blog on the internet, which provides comprehensive
official and correct information about the Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer
Bonds as well as its contact details.
4.
You have
never established contact with IBDF or any of our corporate divisions or CamRey
Associates to confirm or discuss the accuracy of any official corporate
information or aspects relating to the business activities of the IBDF Group,
its corporate divisions or the investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds.
5.
It is
common fact that:
5.1 the
statements mentioned in paragraph 1 are false;
5.2 the
articles mentioned in paragraph 1 do not comply with the press code as
prescribed by the SA Press Council. The content are not just, or fair, or true,
or accurate, or within context, or balanced, or without bias, or in the best
interest of general society;
5.3 the
articles mentioned in paragraph 1 were written and publish with malicious
intend;
5.4 Media24
and its lawyers have been provided with the correct and accurate information
regarding the false statements and articles mentioned in paragraph 1, but
Media24 blatantly refuses to withdraw or amend these false statements and
articles;
5.5 the false
statements and articles mentioned in paragraph 1 amounts to ‘criminal
defamation’ and a criminal case has been opened with the South African Police
Service under docket no: CAS110/3/2018 against Media24, Waldimar Pelser, Gerrit
Van Rooyen and Leanne George;
5.4 IBDF
has continuously informed Naspers that its media division, Media24 and
associated newspapers, are publishing “Fake News” on purpose to discredit IBDF
as a credible US corporation, and to cause IBDF and its corporate divisions and
members significant financial harm, but Naspers has to date ignored these
warnings.
6.
You
thereby caused a rumor to spread amongst the public generally that IBDF
International LLC and its corporate divisions and its members are involved in
unlawful business practices and should not be trusted.
7.
By posting
the above statements, you have intended to spread the rumor and thereby to
discredit and sabotage the corporate affairs and/or business activities of IBDF
International LLC and its corporate divisions and anyone associated to or
conducting business with the IBDF Group.
8.
During or
about January 2017 and as a result of the false statements and articles
mentioned in paragraph 1 and subsequent rumor, IBDF International LLC was
forced to terminate the $20 billion IBDF Africa Expansion Program as well as
all contractual agreements with third parties.
9.
IBDF has
suffered damages due to the wrongful acts by you and others in the sum of $1.2
billion.
10.
WHEREFORE, we demand from you to take the following
remedial action:
10.1 provide
us, and the FBI at the US Embassy in Pretoria, with the necessary documentary
evidence in your possession, which should substantiate your claims in paragraph
1 beyond any reasonable doubt, within 7 days from date of this letter; or
alternatively,
10.2 make an
unconditional written apology to IBDF and our corporate divisions and members
and CamRey Associates, and such a “Letter of Apology” should correct the false
statements made in your articles and be published on the GABM Facebook page as
well as Rapport and Beeld newspapers within 7 days from date of this letter, or
on any other media platform indicated by us at a later date. We reserve the
right to instruct you to make any changes to your “Letters of Apology”.
11.
If you
fail to comply with this Letter of Demand, we will instruct our South African
lawyers to sue Naspers, and Media24, and Waldimar Pelser, and Gerrit Van
Rooyen, and Leanne George jointly and severally for damages amounting up to
$1.2 billion and all legal costs will be for your account.
We look
forward to your cooperation.
